Future Development Workshops

Each year Peridot Theatre adds a training and development component into the year's activities. Peridot sees that the development of skills is critical to the continuing success of theatre in the community.

Peridot Theatre runs a successful actor's course, aimed at inexperienced or beginning actors, as well as other theatre workshops. Please read the detail below to determine whether either of these courses might assist in your theatrical development.

Are you a budding actor?

An Acting Workshop for adults will be held on 26th and 28th of September from 7.30pm and on 1st of October from 10am. Conducted by Helen Ellis, the workshop will be made up of three classes at a cost of $80 for non members and $60 for members of Peridot. Not into acting? What about Directing?

A Workshop for those interested in Directing will be held at the theatre on Saturday 27th of August from 10am. Conducted by Gaye Gay the cost of the workshop will be $20 for non members of Peridot. Bookings are essential with enquiries to Robyn Kelly on 0438 724 664 or robynperidot@yahoo.com.au
