Play Readings

Peridot regularly holds readings of upcoming plays shortly before auditions. We would also like to hold readings of other plays, which perhaps may not be often performed.

If you have a play which you would like to submit for play readings, be it an original script that you have written or a published one that you like, please contact Alison Knight by email

Please note that directors of upcoming productions do not generally attend readings. Any enquiries about the actual auditions or production should be addressed to the director concerned rather than Alison.

Wed March 7th, 7.30 pm "The Shell Seekers" adapted by Terence Brady and Charlotte Bingham.

Wed March 14th, 7.30 pm "No Choclates by Request" by Chris Hodson

and "The Waiting Room" by John Bowen.
