We are introduced to the guests of the Beauregard Hotel, a private and genteel establishment in the seaside town of Bournemouth, England. The residents seem content in their self induced exile, however one senses an air of sadness and loneliness as we observe them with all their eccentricities and social prejudice. Written by one of Britain’s greatest dramatists of the twentieth century, this award winning play is a classic study of human behaviour.
